The company mainly sells full-series “CBI” products and provides OEM diode and transistor shunt devices for domestic and overseas markets.
Current export regions include Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Heyuan China Base Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2016, is located at Lot 10-4, Longchuan Industrial Park, Dengyun Town, Longchuan County, Heyuan, Guangdong, with an area of about 60 mu. Main businesses include R&D, design, manufacturing and sales of full-series “CBI” products. Current package types include SOD123, SOD323, SOD523, SOD723, SOD923, SOT23, SOT23-3L, SOT23-5L, SOT23-6L, SOT89, SOT323, SOT353, SOT363, SOT523, SOT553, and SOT563.
